Information for Missouri donors
Give with purpose.
Understand the details.
Some gifts to qualified Missouri pregnancy resource centers may qualify for a state tax credit. Start with official information and speak with our team about your gift.
Start with the state’s requirements.
Missouri DSS describes a 70% PRC credit for qualifying contributions of at least $100, subject to eligibility, tax liability, and a $50,000 annual credit limit. Clothing and other donated goods do not qualify under this program.
The center and donor complete the required application and documentation. DSS requires the center to submit them within twelve months of the donation. Approval is determined by the state.
This is general information, not individualized tax advice. Ask a qualified tax professional about your circumstances and confirm current rules before giving.
